Experience
Suzanne has extensive experience acting for individual and corporate clients in all Courts and the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal in general commercial disputes including breach of contract, fair trading and trade practices disputes and pursuing insolvency and bankruptcy enforcement mechanisms. A large portion of Suzanne’s practice also includes valuation, compulsory land acquisition and compensation advice and litigation.
Suzanne has experience advising owners' corporation, owners' corporation managers and individual lot members on litigious and non-litigious disputes relating to boundaries, common property, enforcement of owners' corporation rules, allocation of lot entitlements and liabilities, implied easements and conversion of common property;
Suzanne also provides advice and conducts litigation on behalf of employers and employees in relation to employment law and workplace relations issues.
Suzanne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association.
