Experience
Julie has extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on property and environmental issues and Trade Practices claims. She has strong ‘hands-on’ expertise regarding complex litigation and property issues and is a skilled advocate, appearing regularly in Federal and State jurisdictions.
Julie is results-oriented and focuses on achieving commercial and workable outcomes for clients that include property developers, manufacturing and building firms and statutory authorities.
Her planning and environment experience includes advising the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust on heritage issues. She has significant experience advising on town planning matters, including applications for planning permits and appearances before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Julie is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association.
