Experience
Julia has extensive experience in advising on a broad range of property transactions including property acquisitions and disposals. She advises the corporate and public sector at State and local levels. She advises on Land Registry practice and procedures including transfer of land, plans of subdivision and consolidation and easements.
Julia’s planning practice focuses on advising on and variation of section 173 agreements (urban and rural) between statutory authorities as well as advising on planning issues for sale and purchase contracts for private clients.
She acts for statutory authorities on the acquisition of land including advances of compensation and final settlements of compensation.
Julia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
