Experience
Guy combines experience in complex legal issues with a commercial, common sense approach.
He has an extensive practice in commercial property, advising property developers on all aspects of residential & commercial development. This includes planning applications & appeals, easements and Section 173 issues, restrictions and zoning conversions, construction, subdivisions and body corporate arrangements with a particular expertise in broad acreage developments.
Notable developments Guy has successfully completed include Alta Vista and Martha Ridge Estates, Mornington Peninsula, Newlands Industrial Estate and Rancher Place. Guy is advising on the Mariner's View development, Apollo Bay.
Guy also provides advice to companies on a broad range of commercial transactions, including corporate restructures, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, stamp duty, trusts and asset protection.
Guy is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
