Experience
Euan graduated in law from Melbourne University in 1954, sharing the Hearn Prize for Jurisprudence in his final year. He joined his father’s firm becoming a partner in 1958.
After his father’s death his firm merged to become Vail & McBain. In 1990 this firm merged with Gair & Brahe, the predecessor of Garland Hawthorn Brahe.
Euan has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial law and has held a number of company directorships. He also practices in the fields of property and trusts.
Euan is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
