Experience

Eileen has extensive experience in workplace relations having practiced exclusively in this area since 1996. She advises employers and employees on employment termination, discrimination and harassment matters. Eileen also provides anti-discrimination training and conducts investigations into workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination.

Eileen's practice is based on developing a strong understanding of clients’ businesses to provide practical and cost-effective advice to resolve employment issues.

A principal aim of Eileen’s practice is risk management for employers by the prudent use of tools such as employment contracts, Enterprise Agreements or Individual Flexibility Agreements, policies and training to minimise risk and maintain a productive workplace.

Eileen is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Workplace Relations Executive. She has a long history of involvement in community organisations including welfare rights, rape crisis and legal advice services.
