Experience
Carla has extensive and diverse experience in Property and Commercial law.
Her experience covers a broad range of property and commercial law services including sales, acquisitions, leasing and licensing of residential, retail and industrial properties, business acquisitions and divestments together with general commercial advice, contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Projects have included acquisition of major Singaporean industrial properties and the development, sale and lease-back of a hotel and golf course complex. These have involved all aspects of planning, subdivision and finalizing various commercial agreements.
More recently Carla’s practice also includes valuation, compulsory land acquisition and compensation advice and litigation. She has been involved in large and complex litigation claims.
Carla is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association.
