Experience
Andrew has led the Commercial Department since 1981. He was the firm’s chairman before retiring as a partner in 2002.
Andrew has extensive experience and specialist understanding of corporate and finance issues involved in business investment, business acquisition, capital markets and structured finance proposals.
Andrew’s particular expertise is in complex commercial transactions involving contractual, taxation, corporate governance and regulatory issues. He has a practical and innovative approach to resolving
commercial and legal issues.
He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and on the committee of the Victorian chapter of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
