Andrew's practice focuses on planning, local government, land acquisition, rating and valuation law, both in an advisory role and conducting litigation, on behalf of government and private corporations, associations, and individuals.
Andrew practised law in NSW from 2000 to 2006, advising on planning, local government, property and liquor licensing. Prior to returning to legal practice in 2000, he was the parliamentary researcher and adviser to Ted Mack MP, Federal Member for North Sydney. Andrew served on North Sydney Council from 1995 to 1999.
He was an elected delegate, to the Australian Constitutional Convention, Canberra, 1998.
Andrew is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association and the Victorian Local Governance Association.
